دستگیری چهار فعال دانشجویی و سایبری در تهران و مشهد

در ادامه فشارها و اعمال محدودیت بر فعالان سایبری و رسانه ای در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر چهار فعال سایبری و کنشگر دانشجویی، توسط ماموران امنیتی در تهران و مشهد بازداشت شدند. همچنین سازمان گزارشگران بدون مرز، ایران را از بزرگترین زندانهای روزنامه نگاران و رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ایران را از بزرگترین دشمنان رسانه ها و فضای اینترنت در جهان معرفی کرده است.

بر اساس گزارش ها، مسلم بوشهریان، فعال سايبري، روز دوم بهمن ماه امسال هنگام ورود به فرودگاه بین المللی تهران، توسط ماموران حفاظت اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت و به محلی نامعلوم منتقل شده است.

اين در شرايطي است كه وي طی ماههای اخیر در چین مشغول به تحصیل بوده و از فعالان حوزه اینترنت و شبکه های اجتماعی به شمار می رفت.

هنوز از دلیل بازداشت، محل نگهداری و سرنوشت این فعال سایبری خبری منتشر نشده و مراجعات مکرر خانواده وی به مراجع قضایی، نتیجه ای در بر نداشته است.

همزمان ساسان و سیاوش جنتیان و رضا آلناصر، سه فعال در شبکه های اجتماعی نیز، روز شنبه پنجم بهمن ماه، در مشهد بازداشت شدند.

گزارش منابع خبری حاکی از آن است که این سه فعال سایبری، روز شنبه هنگام خروج از خوابگاه دانشگاه، توسط دو دستگاه خودروی پژوی سفید رنگ متوقف و توسط چند مامور مسلح و مجهز به بیسیم به زور سوار خودرو می شوند.

سیاوش جنتیان دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد مشهد و از فعالان وبلاگی – دانشجویی بوده، و ساسان جنتیان نیز، از فعالان دانشجویی بازداشتی در جریان حوادث بعد از انتخابات سال ۸۸ می باشد.

رضا آلناصر، نویسنده وبلاگ «کنکاش» نیز، پیش از این مورد احضار و تذکر توسط نهادهای امنیتی در خوزستان قرار گرفته بود.

هنوز از دلیل دستگیری و سرنوشت این دو برادر و دوست همراه آنان خبری منتشر نشده است.

طی هفته های اخیر، طیف وسیعی از وبلاگ نویسان، فعالان سایبری، کنشگران شبکه های اجتماعی و همچنین فعالان دانشجویی، در شهرهای شیراز، اصفهان، کرج، کرمان، شهریار و تهران، احضار، بازداشت یا ربوده شده اند، که از سرنوشت تعدادی از آنها خبری در دست نمی باشد.

سازمان گزارشگران بدون مرز در گزارش های خود، با توجه به رخدادهای ایران، این کشور را همچنان از بزرگترین زندانهای روزنامه نگاران و فعالان مطبوعاتی سایبری در جهان و رهبر جمهوری اسلامی ، علی خامنه ای را ، از بزرگترین دشمنان رسانه ها و فضای اینترنت معرفی کرده است.

رضا معینی، مسئول بخش فارسی سازمان گزارشگران بدون مرز گفته: ادامه بازداشت روزنامه‌نگاران از فردای ریاست جمهوری حسن روحانی ادامه یافته است.

بر اساس گزارش ها، ایران از نظر رده‌بندی آزادی مطبوعات و آزادی بیان که همه ساله از سوی گزارشگران بدون مرز تهیه می‌شود، در ردیف بدترین کشورها قرار دارد: در مکان ۱۷۴ از ۱۷۹ کشور. تنها سه کشور ترکمنستان، اریتره و کره شمالی وضعیتی بد‌تر از ایران دارند. افغانستان که در سال ۲۰۱۳، روزنامه‌نگار زندانی یا کشته شده نداشت به مکان ۱۲۸صعود کرده است.

احمد شهید، گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل، در آخرین گزارش خود پیرامون وضعیت نقض حقوق بشر در ایران – که در پی آن سازمان ملل با رایی بی‌سابقه قطعنامه‌ای در محکومیت نقض گسترده حقوق بشر در ایران صادر کرد- درباره نگرانی‌های موجود نسبت به گسترش فزاینده سانسور و سرکوب رسانه‌ها و تشدید فیلترینگ در ایران گفته بود: “مقابله جمهوری اسلامی با گردش آزاد اطلاعات در جهان آنلاین و آفلاین، موج گسترده‌ای از سرکوب و نقض حقوق اساسی فعالانی را به دنبال داشته که تمرکز فعالیت‌هایشان بر دنیای مجازی بود و خیلی از آنها حتی چندان شناخته‌شده نیستند…. بستن فضا برای فعالیت رسانه‌ها و رسانه‌نگاران، از جمله ژورنالیست‌ها، بلاگرها و همین‌طور اکتیویست‌های آنلاین، از نگرانی‌های جدی من است.”

The Arrests Are Still Going On In Iran

The Arrest of Four Student and Cyber Activists in Tehran and Mashhad

 Jaras: Further to previous pressures and restrictions on the civil and media activists in Iran, during the recent days four cyber and student activists have been arrested by the security forces in Tehran and Mashhad. Moreover, Reporters without Borders Organization considers Iran as one of the biggest prisons for journalists and it regards the supreme leader as one of the greatest enemies of media and internet in the world.

 According to the recent reports, Moslem Boushehrian, the cyber activist, has been arrested on 22th  January (2th Bahman) when he arrived at Imam Khomeini International Airport, and moved to an unknown place by the security forces who were the members of Revolutionary Guard’s Intelligence Protection.

During the recent months, he was studying in China and he was considered as one of the social network and internet activists.

Despite the fact that Moslem’s family have been constantly going to juridical authorities and institutions, there is still no information about the place as well as the reason why he is confined. Moreover, no news has been published yet regarding what happened to him after he was arrested.

At the same time, three other social network activists, Saasaan Jannatian, Siavash Jannatian and Reza Alnaaser, have been arrested on Saturday 25th January (5th Bahman) in Mashhad.

According to the reports of the media, when the mentioned cyber activists were leaving the university dormitory, some security forces, which were equipped with wireless communication devices, have arrested and forced them to get into two white Peugeot cars.

Siaavash Janattian is studying at Mashhad Azad University; he is blogger and student activist. Saasaan Jannatian is one of the student activists who has been arrested during the post-election events in 2009.

Reza Alnaaser, the writer of Kankaash weblog, previous to the recent arrest, was already summoned by Khoozestaan security authorities.

There is still no information about the reason why these two brothers and their friend have been arrested and what happened to them after the arrest.

Reporters Without Borders Organization, in its reports, considers Iran as one of the biggest prisons for journalists and it regards the supreme leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, as one of the greatest enemies of media and internet in the world.

Reza Moyanni, the Persian rapporteur of Reporters Without Borders Organization, has stated that “since the day after Rouhani’s election the arrest of the journalists has been continued”.

According to the reports which are annually published by the Reporters Without Borders Organization, Iran is among the countries which have one of the worst rankings in the freedom of journalism and the freedom of speech, that is to say, Iran is located at 174th country among 179 countries. Only the political situation of three countries of Turkmenistan, Eritrea and North Korea is worse than that of Iran. Afghanistan, which had no imprisoned or executed journalist in 2013, has improved its situation and elevated itself to the 128th country.

Ahmad Shaheed, the United Nations’ special rapporteur, in his last report on the situation of human rights violation in Iran –  which resulted in the United Nations’ unprecedented vote for adopting a resolution concerning the condemnation of human rights violations in Iran – regarding the existing concerns over the increasing growth of media censorship and oppression as well as internet filtering in Iran, has stated that: “The Islamic Republic’s opposition to the free circulation of information in online and offline world led to a series of oppressions, and violations of the basic rights of, the activists who have been focusing on virtual world … many of them are not well-known and famous … the restrictions and limitations on the activities of media and media activists, including journalists, bloggers as well as online activists, are among my serious concerns”.
