صدور حکم غیابی برای یکی از فعالان سیاسی کُرد
رضا شریفی بوکانی فعال سیاسی کُرد، با وجود عدم حضور در کشور، از سوی دستگاه قضایی بە ٤ سال بازداشت و همچنین 5 سال تبعید به مناطق خاص محکوم شد.
بنا بە گزارش منابع موثق حقوق بشری، رضا شریفی بوکانی از سوی شعبە سیزدهم دادگاه انقلاب کرج بە اتهام ” نشر اکاذیب و ارتباط با احمد شهید” بە ٤ سال تبعید محکوم شد.
این فعال سیاسی سال گذشته به دلیل فعالیت های سیاسی در کردستان، مورد بازداشت قرار گرفته بود، که با قید وثیقه آزاد و پس از صدور حکم دو سال حبس تعلیقی توسط شعبه سیزدهم دادگاه انقلاب کرج، از کشور خارج گردید.
شریفی بوکانی بە دلیل گفتگو با رسانەهای خارج از ایران و بخصوص گفتگو با احمد شهید در یکی از برنامە‌های تلویزیونی اپوزسیون حکومت اسلامی ایران، بە مدت ٣ ماه از زندان رجایی شهر بە زندان اوین منتقل شدە بود.
