پنج فعال مدنی و وبلاگ نویس عرب بازداشت شدند

در ادامه نقض حقوق اقلیت ها در ایران، پنج فعال مدنی عرب طی روزهای اخیر در منطقه ملاشیه اهواز بازداشت شدند که از وضعیت آنان خبری در دست نمی باشد.

به گزارش منابع حقوق بشری، روز پنجشنبه چهارم شهریور ماه ۱۳۹۵ – ۲۵ اوت ۲۰۱۶، آقایان حکیم بنی تمیم، فواد شکاران، جاسم آلبوشوکات، حمید کعبی و علی باوی، در منزل شیخ بنی تمیم واقع در منطقه ملاشیه اهواز بازداشت و به محلی معلوم منتقل شدند.

بر اساس گزارش مذکور، ماموران امنیتی لباس شخصی، ضمن دستگیری این افراد همراه با ضرب و شتم آنها، اقدام به ضبط کامپیوتر شخصی، کیف دستی و جزوات و کتب موجود در محل نمودند.

از علت بازداشت، محل نگهداری و سرنوشت بازداشت شدگان خبری اعلام و مشخص نشده است، اما گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که آقای بنی تمیم و آلبوشوکات، سال گذشته در جریان سالگرد خیزش اعراب خوزستان در ماه فروردین، دستگیر و مورد بازداشتی چند روزه قرار داشتند.

همچنین گزارش شده که از وضعیت محمد سواری، محمد محمدى، على سوارى و حکیم مروانى که طی هفته های اخیر توسط نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات بازداشت شدەاند، خبری در دست نمی باشد.

گفتنی است، چندی پیش کمیته سوم مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد با اکثریت آراء قطعنامه «نقض حقوق بشر توسط رژیم ایران» را تصویب کرد، که در این قطعنامه بین المللی به تداوم نقض سیستماتیک حقوق زنان و اقلیتهای قومی و مذهبی و همچنین افزایش اعدام‌، بازداشت خودسرانه و شکنجه بازداشت شدگان در ایران، اشاره شده است.

Based on human rights sources, on Thursday August 25, 2016, Hakim Bani’Tamim, Jasem Alboshokat, Foad Shekaran, Hamid Ka’by, Ali Bavi, have been arrested while in the house of Sheikh Bani’Tamim, in Malashiye, Ahvaz; they were then transferred to an unknown place.

The report indicates that plain-cloths security police brutally assaulted the individuals; their personal belongings such as computers, briefcases, notebooks and books were confiscated during the arrest.

The reason of the arrest was not clarified; whereabouts and conditions of detainees is not known; reports have it that Bani’Tamim and Valbocat participated in Khoozestani Arab’s uprising anniversary, last Spring, and were arrested and detained for days, at the time.

Reports also indicate that there is no news of Mohamad Savari, Mohamad Mohamadi, Ali Savari, Hakim Marvani, who have been arrested in recent weeks by agents of Islamic Republic’s ministry of intelligence.

It’s noteworthy that UN General Assembly’s third committee approved by majority of votes a resolution against “Violations of human rights by Iran’s Regime”. The International Resolution points at continues, systematic violations of women, ethnic, religious minorities’ rights, and the increasing number of executions, arbitrary arrests, detainee torture in Iran.
